vibe-rating.
We are currently living in a time where having differing opinions is often met with severe consequences. Friendships are severed, individuals are cast out, and communication breaks down due to contrasting political preferences, etc. As someone who romantically dreams of a world where we all get along, I spent time observing relationships and how people relate. I realized that judging people seldom resolves anything.
It wasn’t until my experience in birth work that I developed the ability to let go of what others thought of me in a profoundly deep way. This experience inspired the quote and hopefully a movement: "Don't rate my vibe. We're all just vibe-rating." It is meant to challenge the notion of being judged, rated, or hated based on who we are rather than being accepted. This concept is rooted in the understanding that, fundamentally, we are all vibrating entities. Scientifically, when broken down to the molecular level, we are a collection of vibrating subatomic particles orbiting in the electron cloud.
do our electron numbers match?
On an energetic level, we can feel this vibration within ourselves and in those we interact with based on the feelings that arise within us. Some may call those feelings love or butterflies in their stomachs, while others may experience it as pure anger or frustration.
To further explain this, consider the molecular reaction of two cells and how they can interact through various molecular mechanisms, such as cell signaling or receptor binding. If we likened that to two human beings, essentially made up of vibrating cells but on a larger, more complex scale, it becomes clear that we humans are also a molecular reaction taking place, just on a bigger and more complex scale. If we take this and realize.
'we are all just vibe-rating,'
we can become more accepting of our lives and others. "Don't rate my vibe" means allow the vibration to be. Do not assign it a label. Instead, ask the crucial question: Is this vibration vibrating in a way that makes me feel safe? Whole? Understood? It's not a matter of correctness or incorrectness; it's about the 'us,' the togetherness that determines whether our vibe is the right fit for our life right now.
The focus shifts from good or bad to good and bad. It's crucial to understand that it's not about being better or worse, right or wrong. Instead, it's about the music created when two souls interact. They must be in tune with each other, nothing to do with who they are as individuals. They just need to find the right frequency that allows them to amplify their unique brilliance. It's a matter of vibration, and the acknowledgment that it's not about being liked or disliked. It's about being admiral, opening up in acceptance, and respecting deeply held beliefs that may not align with your vibration, remembering that it doesn’t have to be labeled as good or bad. It just is. Let it be. Differences add vibrancy and color to our lives. They enrich our souls and enliven us.
don't rate my vibe. we're all just vibe-rating.
be authentically you. that vibe is your truth.
