no decision is a decision

embracing growth through life’s transitions

This post is about growth, transformation, and stepping fully into oneself. It’s about rediscovering the bravery that has always been within us, waiting to be unleashed. It’s also about understanding that there’s no ‘wrong way’—whatever path we choose will ultimately lead us to where we need to be. This journey involves overcoming fear by letting it enter our bodies, feeling it, and embracing it, rather than pushing it away.

Life has its own sense of timing. When we allow instead of resist, life unfolds in magical ways. It’s about being in the moment, trusting the process, and taking action when the time feels right. There’s an exercise where you stand outside a circle, allowing your body to feel its surroundings. The idea is to wait until you feel called to step in. The decision-making process can feel like this—uncertain, but ultimately guided by a deeper sense of knowing.

For a long time, I struggled with direction. Uncertainty and self-doubt clouded my ability to decide which path to take. As a child, I dreamt of making a difference in the world, transforming lives, and making it a ‘better’ place. My journey toward that dream has led me inward, to question why I feel this need and what ‘better’ really means. I’ve come to understand that ‘better’ is just a concept because all that truly exists is the present moment.

This is why ‘no decision’ is inherently not right or wrong. It’s simply a choice that will reflect what you truly want or show you what you don’t. Some might say I spent too much time deciding which path to take, but through this process, I learned how to make decisions more quickly. Perhaps this extra time spent will save me countless hours in the future because I now understand the process of effective decision-making.

I’ve also learned that decisions don’t have to be static. They can evolve. I can make a decision and ride the wave, staying flexible as the path unfolds. Whether it’s a smooth ride or takes me through uncharted terrain, I will remain present, knowing it’s all happening in perfect alignment.

So, I mark this post as a transitional moment, a shift in focus toward fertility, perimenopause, and menopause—significant phases in a woman’s life. I want to honor the tears, the work, the love, the sweat, the pain, and the bliss that have brought me to this point. My goal is to assist women in understanding, preparing for, and moving through these profound phases with ease.

Thank you for joining me on this journey of understanding. I look forward to sharing and learning with you along the way.
